Professional engineering services, when required, are provided separately through LionCrest Infrastructure & Engineering, PLLC under a separate written agreement and appropriate professional oversight. Each entity is independently responsible for its own services. Submission of information through this website does not create an agency, brokerage, engineering, investment-advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or contractual relationship.
