Founder & Development Manager
Jabari J. Higgins founded Valence Operations Group to bring disciplined coordination to North Carolina land and development opportunities. He is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with approximately nine years of real estate experience.
His background spans real estate, operations, financial services, insurance, project coordination, and business development. That range informs Valence's approach: building disciplined systems that connect land strategy, project execution, and community-supportive development.
Any brokerage services referenced in connection with Mr. Higgins are provided separately through JJH Realty under a separate written brokerage agreement — not through Valence Operations Group.
